Co-parents.net is a dating site. They do not issue refunds under any circumstances - even if THEY are at fault.

The way it's supposed to work is you can't contact others unless you pay a $45 membership which gives you three months of use. Well that's reasonable, so I paid for the subscription fee. Problem is they deleted my profile without explanation and never once reply e-mails I sent to their customer service. PayPal claims it is out of their control to refund the fee.

I recommend not to use the website at all, not even to make a free profile because you never will be able to contact anyone unless you pay, and if you pay then they may delete you without notice or explanation and still you will not get a refund.

There are a lot of technical issues too. The site was not functioning properly about half the time and there was nothing you could do. It was sometimes days before it would function. Just stay away altogether or you will be very frustrated and may lose your money.
