Ripoff, fraud, Cassese Holdings, IBR Enterprises Inc., Dan Cassese, They stole our money

We have dealt with Cassese Holdings, Haverstraw, NY (Daniel Cassese) and IBR Enterprises, Coral Springs (Ian B. Resnick), who called himself Partner of Mr. Cassese). We placed an Order on the wholesale411 website, payd 2.000 USD neither received the ware nor got our Money back.

As a small company in Germany on February 26 we ordered via Andale Caps and Tops Van Dutch (value: 2,000 US $). We payed through Paypal on March 3rd, as this service was offered at Casseses wholesale411 homepage, and Cassese Holdings appeared as approved there.

On same day a "Mr. Smily" (probably Collaborator of Cassese) communicates us via email, that Cassese doesnt accept Paypal and in the consequence that the money will be refunded. After the money was not refunded, we started with "Paypal" on 17th of march a so-called "buyer complaint procedure" unfortunately with negative result. Paypal told us, that Cassese didn't react on any request and they regret to be unable to withdraw the amount, since the account of Cassese had no coverage.

We sent and received a lot of emails with Dan Cassese. Once he told, the money was refunded via Paypal, later he asked for our Interbank Account to transfer by wire: All emails from Dan Cassese were fakes and lies, as we know today. The money is still with his company.

Upon further telephone calls with Paypal we were advised to contact FBI because of fraud.

I hope You can understand my bad English, I only want to warn everybody to deal with Cassese Holdings or IBR Enterprises Inc.
