I have dealt with Cassese Holdings out of New York (Dan Cassese) and Ian B. Resnick with IBR Enterprises (Fashions by Design on the wholesale411 website). We have had nothing but difficulties with them.

Initially, we placed a wholesale order for Diesel Kratt 796 jeans (December) and RL Polo shirts. We were to receive both orders within two weeks. However, by mid-March, we have yet to receive the Diesel order.

We did receive the polo shipment in late January - FAKE FAKE FAKE... They did replace the shirts in early March, but did not give us the sizes and colors that we contracted to purchase.

Additionally, when we repeatedly contacted IBR Enterprises, he pawned us off to his supplier because he was tired of dealing with this headache. When I requested a refund, I was informed by his supplier that the money was not available as it had been tied up in other investments.

We were finally told to expect the Diesels in mid-March in quantities of 20 on consecutive days until the order was filled. Needless to say, this too was a lie as we only received 16 pairs of jeans that week. We have yet to see the balance. Furthermore, we have confirmed that the jeans are "surprise" - Knockoffs. We have requested a refund for the remaining pairs and this is the response that I received from Ian B. Resnick:

Hi Erik,
I am so tired of hearing your whining. I dont care for your threats either. All your jeans are on the way, so you will have to relax. Eddie told me he has already told you this. There is nothing else I can tell you.

All we are asking for is a refund for the balance on the jeans, and he is obviously not willing.

What excellent customer service.
What a professional demeanor.
What a crook.
