Worst Internet ever, a third world contry provides a better one!

TWC provides the worst internet ever. It is very slow, besides in my area Kew Gardens Hills, it comes and goes. I have never, ever believed that as a "fix" they mentioned October 27?!!!
This outages are started to appear very often, the internet is very unreliable. Big dissapointment!
If you have another choice... Go for it!
