I requested for that very first time from RueLaLa on February 27. I decided I didn't need them before it came and declined the bundle in the postoffice on March 1. It's today March 8 and that I have neither a reimbursement or any indicator that my product continues to be delivered for them plus they are running same. No reaction to questions through their site. I've needed to document a Paypal state to get my cash back. Really poor experience. I'd recommend sticking with recognized web merchants with excellent customer support guidelines like Amazon or Zappos and departing these beginners alone. It infuriates me that I'm likely to need to combat with Paypal and delay 10 times or even more to obtain my cash back.
