I've been a faithful consumer of RueLaLa.com for around annually today, and overall it has been a pleasing encounter aside from THAT ONE purchase. I requested a set of New Balance running tights on 4/20. It's today 6/11 and, after calling their CS twice (5/16 and 6/6), I've not obtained the purchase, a reimbursement, no present to credit my consideration for-anything, and no explaination apart from they improved their program and are experiencing setbacks. TWO-MONTH setbacks? That is insane! I've requested issues since, and obtained them in an exceedingly reasonable fashion. I simply need to know what is up with this specific order. I'd like the running stockings, but I'm fed up with awaiting them, and certainly genuinely believe that clients (including myself) who store through them frequently (I spot many purchases monthly) ought to be paid or provided anything for that trouble. I like this website and need to maintain buying through it frequently, but slowing an order for 2 weeks without any kind of payment or something is simply really poor customer support. Seriously, RueLaLa!
