It has been 3 months and I still have not received the doll

Iordered a chica toy from dorothy at oddolls.net on might 10th. I taken care of the toy via a paypal account. She explained it'd consider significantly less than a month to create and deliver the toy. It's been a few months and that I still haven't acquired the toy.
