This Company is a Rip Off

This place is terrible. The owner is not honest and he is rude. I purchased a e machines Notebook from his store and we had to have the screen on the machine repaired. Not only did he take four weeks to repair the machine knowing that we were returning back to Northern California. He kept the AC adapter power cord that he denied that he had and then stated that he found it. HE IS NOT HONEST! I called him and gave him our address in Lincoln California and he said he would mail it to us and that was almost two weeks ago. Do not do business with this guy. I cannot tell you the number of times that he would promise something and he never comes through. Here is an indicator that a store is bad. His own technicians (whom he has been through quite a few), say that he is not honest. I am reporting him to the Better Business Bureau. Oh by the way - He will sell you items way above what the cost is really worth.
