I was checking my account and saw a charge for $10.52 from a place I did not recognize at all, wwwonlinepublicartcom df mexico. I called my bank and with my rep on the phone, tried to pull up this website and got lots of reports from usacomplaints.com about this company. I am fortunate enough to have a good bank and we immediatley cancelled my card, and they returned my money. However that doesn't explain how this fraudulent company got my card number. The bank couldn't even pull up any kind of phone number. Sure would like to know who is behind it and how they got our numbers.
