WebhostingPad.com Suspends, Deletes, Charges and then Refuses to Refund Web Hosting

I was a client of this company for a few years. While still an active client, I received an email stating my account had been suspended and all files removed from my account. I then questioned the reasoning for this and they stated that my account "must" have been compromised and that was why all my websites were taken offline. All files and websites I had hosted with them were deleted and they gave me the option to un-suspend my account, but they would not allow me to use a back up of all my files. After this incident I moved all my websites and files to another web host and awaited for my hosting to expire with this company.

However I noticed that right before my term was to expire with this company. They charged my credit card again for 2 additional years of service. I had not used any services from this company since my suspension and no longer wished to do business with this company as a result. I contacted them and requested my account be closed permanently and this new amount be refunded. Also to point out they advertise a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on their site, but since I was a current client they do not have to abide by that even though this is a new charge.

Being that this is within their refund period and I had not used their services since being suspended by the support team I was told by "Kelly, Office Manager, WebhostingPad.com" that I was not due a refund. I told her of the situation and that I was trying to work with them before contacting my credit card company to dispute this charge. I was then told by Kelly that if I disputed the charge they were sending me to collections and I would lose my account with them anyway. I have since reported this incident to my credit card company, had this company blocked from charging any further amounts to my credit card and also reported this to the BBB in this complaint. I have since become aware that they are not members of the BBB and have hundreds of complaints filed against them as well. I have yet to hear back from this company nor receive a refund of any amount.
