Joined club to get PC speed-up free. Club got card number. PC speed-up defaulted

PC speed-up said it would be free if I took up one offer on a list. I took Crossings Christian Book Club, selected books, and gave a credit card number. PC speed-up on a telephone call to them would not do as promised, above.internet fraud.
