Avoid using FTD.com. A very dear friend has a birthday which happens to be on Valentine's Day. FTD.com would not permit me on their website to send to flowers on Monday. So she has waited and been held hostage all day and UPS did not deliver! So Thank You FTD.com for nothing! Now I am out $90.00! But That does not matter to you. You have my money. I tried to call customer service and was placed on hold for 15 minutes without an answer. I will never order from FTD.com again. They can not deliver!
