Does not send your flowers or answer their phones! Ripoff

My fiance ordered flowers from virtualflowers.com for me for Valentine's Day. His ordered was confirmed and he was told that I would recieve the flowers on Valentine's Day. We work at the same company and when 3:00pm rolled around and I still had not received my flowers he called and e-mailed customer service. They still have yet to respond to multiple e-mails. Calling was a joke. Our phone are equipped to auto-redial busy numbers every 15 seconds. We both tried this for over an hour. Once we reached a line it would either ring for 5 minutes plus and then disconnect or we would be put on hold.

When he first reached customer service, Justin, he was told they could not reach the florist and would replace the work address with the home address and make sure they were there by 8pm as their contract states. Justin also told him he would call if there were any problems.

Two hours later... And hour before the 8pm deadline... We reached a second customer service agent. She said she would put us on hold why she called the florist. We were on hold for 56 minutes and then disconnected. NO FLOWERS WERE EVER DELIVERED!!!

Today, the 15th, they will not answer their phones again. My fiance chose to stop payment on his credit card... Which has not been hit yet. Please don't order from this company if you want your flowers or customer service! This place is a JOKE!
