Dell rip-off hidden charges and poor quality Round Rock Texas

I called and ordered a Dell when they advertized it on t. V for $399.00 after the $100.00 rebate. I asked if that was the total price and they said yes. It came and my bill was $650.00 plus $98.00 for Dell support. It broke a c. D ($44.00) and tried for weeks to complain but always being on hold for over a hour and if you do get a real person they say, it isn't our department. The c. D is still inside the tray and tower and now my bill is over $1,000, charging me 3 late charges each month.

I have contacted the Attorney General and also B.B.B. When I said come and get it, they informed me that I will still owe almost the same as I have to reemburse them for the shipping and pay for shipping it back to them and then only get credited for part since it is now a used computer.
