Take money, claim to send product, nothing ever arrives! Ripoff scam

On this companies website, it advertises that it sends out your purchase within 24-48 hours. I waited over 2 weeks and still did not receive my product. I emailed them and rec'd an email back stating they already sent it. And then I asked when was it sent? The next email back was, what is your invoice number? Of course I am now asking, how do you know you sent it to me if you now need the invoice number to look me up? This progressed like this for a couple of days.
I asked for a delivery confirmation number for proof of shipping. They couldn't provide one to me. The next thing was that they claimed they sent out another one to me. I again asked for a delivery confirmation for proof of delivery. Again I was ignored and was not provided one! At this point it's been over a month and I now realize I have been frauded. So I began the process of getting my money back with my credit card company and I advised Stanfel Enterprises that I will be filing a fraud report with them. This time a person by the name of Austin Stanfel contacts me (maybe the president, I don't know but if it's really who he says he is, than he is related to the executives of this company).. And states the following in his email, "ok, we have now sent you 2 packages. But for some reason they seem to masteriously dissapear one after the other. I do hope for your sake that you are being truthful about this. We will send another with a tracking # this time. It will be sent to the same address as the last 2 times."
I am absolutely appalled that a president or high executive would have the nerve to make an accusation that I am lying and have in fact received these books when I haven't... Then makes a threat by saying, "I hope for your sake that you are being truthful about this".
Needless to say I am recommending that no one uses this company. I have filed a report with the BBB about them and will be continuing my pursuit to get my money back.
