Rip-off! Support is the worst I have ever seen

On 2-01-04 I bought this computer at Wal-Mart. With in 2 days after getting it I started to have problems with it. I went to HP support. They had me do a restore on a 2 day old computer. That did not help so they had me go and down loan new drivers. That did not help so they had me do another restore. Of course that did not help. The computer keeps losing the sound drivers. After I restart the computer I get the sound back. After I down load the new drivers I still lose the sound card, but also get other error messages. There only suggestion is to do restores to fix this problem.

After a lot of compiling and research I found the e mail address to 1 of the CEO's. Her only help was to extend my warranty by 3 months. After still compiling I finally got a case manager to call me. She thought that maybe the built-in restore disk that you have to burn was croup so she sent me out a set of factory disk, and had me do another restore on it. That did not help.

The phone number help system to get to the case workers don't work. I have sent e mail to them and still get no response from them. There support is the worse I have ever seen. I have contacted news 12 in AZ to get them to help me but they have not contacted on this yet. All I want is to either get this computer fixed or replaced. I bought this computer for its speed. My wife also has an HP we are quite happy with it. Why would HP want to lose customers is beyond me? This is my last HP.
