I will never buy another sony office product

Requested a microcassette transcriber from Sony through Amazon Marketplace on Decembr 23. Didn't get the camera until January 2. The warrenty was for a few months from day of purchase. I stated towards the customer support reresentative that people haven't had camera within our ownership for 3 months especially consiering that February is just a brief month. Nevertheless, the only real answer provided was to send the recorder back as well as in approximately 3 months, to get a charge of $29.00, we wold obtain back a restored camera. I noticed that we couldn't preserve our company training having a assistant lacking a camera that to function. Requested when they might do anything more to assist with this specific scenario. But, simply no bargain of any sort was provided towards accomodatiing our working scenario whatsoever. Just-out of fortune - policy is plan. To bad you'll be t/e operating supplies for 3 months but that's simply your condition not mine. I'll NEVER purchase another sony workplace solution!
