They took the money but still i have no Floyd to listen to

I requested a box-set of Pink Floyd 30 days before. They got the cash but nonetheless I've no Floyd to hear. I've attempted to get hold of them via email. They claim they'll react within 1 business-day. Well it's been 5 times no reaction. They're saturated in it, like every additional scamartist available. I've approached the Greater Business Bureau of Nevada.in my experience this really is cable fraud and it is a national offense which is being investigated.
