I am writing you this letter regarding my son Christian Ashford getting ripped off by The Mechanic Man. Christian paid H.A. Floyd the owner of The Mechanic Man Shop, 1200.00 on 3-4, to repair a 2000 Cadillac. Receipt for the service were signed and given to me. For one month the car did set inside of Floyd’s gate and NO WORK WAS PEFORMED! Each time that I would call Floyd, he would lie and say, "I will call you tomorrow! After a month I asked for a refund and to let me into the gate to remove the car. Each time he would have an excuse for every attempt to remove the car. After many attempts and with no results, I went to the police. They said for me to go to the place of business and call the police. When they arrived, he did come to the shop and he did have his employees to put the tires back on the car. I have my son’s car. But H A Floyd still owes my son 1200.00! Please help?
