Never Received CD Box

I ordered a box set of Pink Floyd 1 month ago. They took the money but still i have no Floyd to listen to. I have tried to contact them via e-mail. They say they will respond within 1 business day. Well it has been 5 days no response. They are full of it, like any other scam artist out there. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau of Nevada. To me this is wire fraud and is a federal crime and it is being looked into.
