I've been a customer of skybeam for 4 years and it's been a nightmare. They never answer their phones when I call, I always get messages. My speed was terrible on 5MB, so I upgraded to there new 10MB package and it's not better (I'm a sucker, I believed them). They are a bunch of liars and theives and only interested in taking my money and don't care about customr service.

I was so frustrated I went to their office last week to complain, I spoke to the supervisor (john or Jack) and he was no help. He told me about all the changes they were making to give better service. What shocked me was when he told me the calls didn't get answered in Texas anymore they go to Colorado because Texas was closing, that explains why they never answer the calls. When they do answer they can't fix my issue, telling me they don't have access or systems are down. It's all just BS and I'm switching service... I'm done with these idots!
