Skybeam only provides a fraction of the service that the indicidual pays for. It appears from other reports that this is a current issue that is only getting worse.. Everyone should flood the BBB with complaints. They are standing at an 'A' rating for right now and have only been a member of the BBB since May of this year. With enough complaints, and a lower rating, hopefully something will actually get done about it.
