The products are decent - but their service is horrendous

These products are good - but their support is terrible. I requested several thousand bucks value of products for my new toilet and everything came promptly and seems great - however the bathroom begins dripping about the first flush - from underneath. I have named them repeatedly plus they demand the only path to obtain support is by delivering them a contact with pictures of the problem; I proceed to deliver them emails using the explanation of the issue and pictures plus they just dismiss them. I've obtained not really a simple reaction. Nothing. Bad.
