We requested an furniture collection, and were confused in regards to what was incorporated. When only 2 of the 3 products were shipped we named their customer support to obtain it solved. After detailing what deceive us to thinking 3 items were contained in the collection (3 items are described within the pictures, 3 items is shown alongside the shopping cart image after incorporating the set-to the wagon) the client support representative informed us we were foolish and would need to spend a restocking charge to come back any products. We weren't that annoyed and might have been prepared to consider some obligation for that misunderstanding, however the reaction of the client support of the web site was the toughest we've previously experienced. Be cautious when purchasing out of this site.
