Rip off web hosting company zero support ripped me off of 400.00 New Jersey Michigan

We made a deal for them to host our websites for a yearly fee of $400.00 which included loading our websites onto their server. They never did load the websites. We contacted them by email, amy times with no reply for days and they gave us excuses. One time they did not even get back to us for a month! Their support suks! We called our credit card company and they said that they could not do anything about the charge because we used google checkout and that eastside has a no refund policy. So basically they have our money and they did not perform any work that they promised. They are both liars! Beware everyone!
