I ordered a pair of chaps for my daughter in time for Christmas. They were more than I could afford, but she really wanted them. I talked to the lady twice, as well as emails. They first told me the item had already shipped. Then they blamed me for not giving them appropriate contact information! What?!? My daughter never received her chaps and I never got my $ back. I was working 2 jobs just trying to survive and all I wanted was to make her smile on Christmas - instead she was in tears and I was too broke to buy anything else. I pray whoever is running this "business" pays dearly for the havoc they have caused so many people. I am very thankful the BBB gives them a F now.
