Avoid this place at all costs

Terrible customer support. I've bought some of the products and that I loved all of them aside from the main one for Inflammation that was suggested for my rosacea also it cost 75 bucks. Our rosacea is really much worst, it surely flared up and my face burned. After I delivered the lotion to skin Medica in NYC significantly more than hald complete, they WOn't substitute it with among the products I actually do like or even to provide me some form of compensation or something whats so ever. Today I am out the cash for that lotion combined with the delivery and presentation to deliver the lotion towards the organization. SIMPLY AWFUL!!! They must be so pleased I am not seeking payment for just how much worse my rosacea got from utilizing their lotion!
