Early termination fee for Broadband

T mobile is charging me early termination fee because I became frustrated with my broadband stick (internet), which did not work for three months. I paid for the web stick for three months even though the internet did not work. I took the web stick to the office and they completed a troubleshoot, the web stick was unable to work.

I became frustrated, I stayed on the phone with T mobile technical support for more than 4 hours everyday and unfortunatley it did not work.

I do not feel responsible for the early termination fee because T Mobile was unable to find the problem with the webstick. I see no reason why they should charge me even when I sent a letter to the head office explaining why I should not be liable since it was not my fault that the web stick did not work.

T mobile has not fulfill the end of their bargain and I do not feel responsible for the fees...
