Unknown no product, no contact, no refund, 3rd party out of states financial

This site boasted 75-85% sales on Coach, Louis Vitton, Gucci, etc items. We happened upon it by just "googling" coach purses. The site looks legitimate on first glance and by surfing the brand links. However, unfortunately after making an order and further researching the site we found glitches that threw up red flags.

The links to "shipping and returns" (3) directed you right back to the home page. The "contact us" was useless. The BBB link at the bottom took me to the BBB site but for a Construction company NOT for their site. I looked their site up on the BBB site and couldn't find them. Among other glitches. The email I received from their 3rd party foreign financial personnel stated "not to dispute the charges if there was an issue with the seller but to rather contact the seller first to resolve issues". Big red flag there.

Our order has been pending for over two weeks now. I have tried to contact them through both emails offered in an email I received from their financial personnel with no responses, even after I politely warned them of reporting their site. I tried contacting both phone numbers, also offered in the email to receive a message that they were "not in service". The financial people finally responded to an email stating they would assist and follow up in 24 hours. That was 6 days ago.

When I googled their site today in attempts to formally report them, this site popped up with a report on that website already stating they were shipped the wrong product and were unable to contact the company.

This site is FRAUDULENT. Please do not place an order with them. Even though their sales are fantastic... They are NOT REAL. I lost three Christmas gifts this yr for my family by holding onto the hope that they were legitimate. They are far from it, unfortunately. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Research thoroughly any shopping sites you choose BEFORE ordering and save yourself the disappointment and hassles of having to report and dispute charges.
