False Advertisement and Fake Purses

I decided to look for a coach purse online and found a site claiming to be a coach outlet store. I believed, as I was ordering my purse, that this place was a coach outlet store, as it claimed to be, like the ones I have actually been to at outlet malls. Therefore, I ordered a purse from them. It was not until after I placed my order, I realized the whole thing was a scam. When I finally received my purse, it was from China (which I did not know when I ordered it, it would be). It was completely fake, and a very bad fake at that. It had fake thin linning and very bad stitching. At one place on the stitching, it was ripping and they actually used tape on it. I immediately contacted the company and told them I wanted a full refund and would be returning their product. They took a long time to get back to me and when I finally got them to, they said I could return my purse for a full refund. I spent an additional $16 to return the purse on March 9th and expected a full refund of $70 as promised, both in emails and on their site. As to this date, I cannot get the "company" to respond to my emails or replace my money. I have saved all my emails and shipping information with the site. I also took several pictures of my fake purse before returning it. Their website is opperating under the guise that they are actually a real coach store - straight from the factory! I was led to believe this the whole time. They have links on their site for other straight from the factory stores as well. They actually also have a link to sell jerseys - which I am sure are also fake - and when you click on it, it states it is sponsored by the NFL! I am going to be emailing them as well to inform them of this site. I am still hoping for my money to be returned. I feel this site needs shut down and people need to watch out for them!
