Hewlett packard computer hp water scam bugus warranty

My complaint is my hp g61 is under current warranty, I started having problems with it getting really hot and shutting down, called hp techs, they said i needed to send it in for repair. They sent a box fedex, i sent the computer to them and then i was told my warranty was void due to accidental damage, the first rep couldn't tell me what this was and said i would get a call from the tech,

I felt this was shady because they said i had to pay 466.00 and the warranty should be valid until march when tech called they said my computer had water damage and they could send me pics, i dont understand how this company can just void their warranty with. A bogus facts, i took very good care of this item, after my own research i found other complaints with the same scenarios, I will not let this go.
