The worst eve

Rural net in SE Arizona is the absolute worst ISP I've ever had the displeasure of being associated with. Not only does the finance department attempt to double bill you every other month, the service provider calls the customers thieves and CONSTANTLY say you download ILLEGALLY. They actually wanted me to re wright WOW because the program runs pier to pier for downloads. I went from getting OK service to absolutely zero bars the first day i complained of the service. 2 weeks went by and a number of phone calls telling me to stop my illegal activity. When the (so called company) realized it wasn't us but certain programs the offered 1/2 back on our deposit. They promised internet and cant deliver... I've never had good internet and the next day (after complaint) Nada. The really funny thing is their mission statement. What a bunch of malarkey... Customer service my butt, all they want is money and when they get it you no longer exist as an individual... If i were you and trying to get internet in Arizona, DO NOT USE RURAL NET they are a joke and a disservice to all ISP's everywhere
