Closed until January wont pick up the phone when I call and unable to contact

On Monday I sign up for $200, on Tuesday I cant get anybody on the phone for my new personal home based business and back office. I was told my trainer would contact me the next day after signing up. No such thing or e-mails. When I call, the message indicates the office is closed till January 2. Today is December 21. I would like to be contacted asap from Social Business Referrals. So far, seems like a scam. If its legit, they should have a great reason for not contacting me. I am a sceptic and they might have cheated me.
