My Business requested a business phone service in October and the service was set up as a residential account and after 40 days, they completed the correction of their mistake by first of December. We never received a billing in December, i contacted them first week of January told them we had not revieved any billing, they said they would reissue a new bill and by around January 13 we received the December Billing and the January Billing on the same day in two different envelopes. We mailed the payment on January 14 and on Saturday January 15 they disconnected our phone service with no notification. I went ahead and paid the bill January 15 by phone to reactivate the service and then was told their offices are closed till monday. Also they charged us a late fee of $12 from the December bill which we never received in the first place. ATT has very poor customer service and follow up and service to the customers.
