I requested a product and joined the right delivery address in Minnesota.

However, they delivered them to De. Newegg does not challenge that I joined the right delivery address, but claims that PayPal instantly transformed the address towards the payment address of report. Newegg did not react to an instantaneous e-mail requesting them to repair the issue, and that I invest a great deal of time-on the telephone with no actual fulfillment. Newegg basically disclaims liability.
