Business phone disconnected and did not receive orde

I positioned on online purchase on 9/16/10. Fourteen days passed and that I didn't obtain my purchase. I named the toll-free amount in those days and was informed the person who may help me wasn't accessible plus they got my telephone number to come back my phone. I never obtained a phone and also have not gotten my purchase. I named the toll-free amount again 10/25/10 and also the quantity continues to be disconnected.

Used to do get an internet verification saying the site customer support was underconstruction. I'd just like a reimbursement on my charge card.
