POOR Customer Service

I named Chef Website in regards to a broken item and also the woman proceeded to inform her co worker exactly what a "idiot" I had been. I actually donot believe she recognized that she'dnot set me on mute and that I might hear anything. The guy who later explained he was the dog owner stated he did not have time for you to "offer" with my issue and also to deliver him a contact. Evidently this week was the busiest week for them-and I suppose they did not have time for you to manage a personis problem when they were not investing money. Not have I confronted such disrespect in my own life. It had been so obvious that I thought perhaps I'd dialed the incorrect amount.

Obviously, I'll NEVER cope with them again. After I create a purchase, I anticipate great customer support. This can be a little procedure (in the audio of issues) plus they don't worry about the support following the reality.incredible. It'd have now been something easily was really being rude or shouting or another thing but I had been extremely friendly.
