This "organization" is questionable and never worth using the services of. I put an order to get a merchandise online and obtained an instantaneous email verification from "dealings@eprocessingnetwork.com." The email had no details about once the item might deliver. Our charge card was quickly billed. I waited 8 times and noticed very little in the organization. I delivered an email towards the customer support division (chefdepot@yahoo.com) seeking an update, and didn't hear back. I named Chef Website and also the point was hectic, of issues, to get a couple hours directly. I really could not abandon a note, nothing. Only a busy signal. After I attempted again, a couple of hours later, the telephone rang. I talked to "Craig, " who advised me the item I'd requested been sold-out. No description for why I had been not informed. No clarification of what may have occurred easily did not call. He attempted to persuade me to obtain a comparable item. I required he return my charge card. He appeared to grudgingly recognize he might. We will observe.
