Me heart is broken

I went searching for the red and orange Innopad for my children for Holiday. Therefore, I requested them on this website and remaining particular directions that I needed to stop the orange purchase and continue using the red one as it was more than 500$. I also quit coaching that I needed the overall game queen or fairies, and also to contact me before products were delivered

Two days later i get a contact stating my purchase has delivered and included 2 orange Innopads 2 Mickey Mouse clubhouse activities with no terminated products? I have delivered more than 5 emails with no reply back. Today my lil woman will receive a 250$ kids provide in the place of a women! The corporation has been doing NOTHING to repair this for me personally. I have quit communications telephone numbers and mail to make contact with me but no body responds. I am so furious and harm they did this. I cant afford anymore presents for my children, I had been initially so pleased about that and today my heart is damaged!
