The cards I received belonged to someone else

I spot an order on Friday, December 5 with 2-day delivery and obtained on Thursday, December 7. The cards I obtained belonged to another person. I obtained their cards using their private information about the packing slip. I instantly named and notified anyone to the problem. They apologized and released a reorder, not informing me that it'd consider another 24 to 48-hours to upgrade. I again named on December 9th and was informed of the 24 to 48-hour printing period and was guaranteed I'd get the cards on Sunday, December 10 or no later than Friday, December 12. Mon December 12 arrived with no cards. I again named cardstore.com; the girl who responded the named was apologetic but could not do something for me personally and called me to her boss. I had been on-hold awaiting five minutes before being informed the boss might contact me back. Lastly, Brandon named me back and after five extra moments and Brandon informing me there is nothing he might do, then he released a return. Though cardstore.com did ultimately take liability due to their error, I'd to draw teeth in order for them to observe they decreased the ball.

Horrible customer support.
