On 30 November I obtained a statement For $241. I named Consumers Power since the home isn't filled & understood the statement was incorrect. I had been informed they had believed my statement & not really browse the meter. On 3 December I named again & offered them the meter reading. I had been informed my statement could be readjusted. 24 hours later I obtained a contact demonstrating the balance due was NEVERTHELESS $241. I called again & was handed exactly the same run around concerning the statement being readjusted. On 7 December they charged my charge card for that quantity. This type of person possibly completely unaware or simply simply do not worry about customer support being that they are a monopoly.
