Ordered Christmas cards with plenty of time. Company never disclosed they were having issues and couldn't meet customer orders on time

Ordered customized Christmas cards from them two weeks before Christmas. Online status never changed from "processing" to "sent" (or whatever their message is for mailing out cards). My wife called and the first lady she spoke to was extremely rude and said she would call back later. My wife called a second time and the second lady was really nice. The second lady said there had been some kind of problem in production about 3 weeks back and it caused them to be behind on all orders. It would have been nice to know this beforehand.
