I have had Comcast for three months and I absolutely hate it. The internet is slow and when it is not running slow the connection keeps loosing it's connection. I have called them several times but they are never able to resolve the problem. When you do call. You have to wait on hold for at least 10 minutes per call. Plus they offered me a rebate when I signed up and they got out of that too. If you have other options for service... Use it.
Everyone that I have spoken to at work has the same problems with them so I know that it is not just me. Don't wwaste your money. This company brings fustration, poor service, poor customer service, lies, empty promises, and just a headache all the way around. Don't do it!!!
