Lionandlambohio Failure to Send Merchandise as Promised

Told on October 26 item was shipped. They can then access my money. They projected an arrival date Nov 1 to 17. It never came. After my emails and calls where they maintained it was shipped I contacted Amazon dot com. Amazon interceded and issued a refund.

It is now December 8 and no package ever arrived.

Two significant concerns:

1 They do not clarify on their web site they ship media mail (4th class for all intensive purposes). Therefore there is no record of sent day and time. HOWEVER, then the package can not be stopped by them. So, it is theoretically still on its way. Balderdash!

2 This is quite likely a scam which allows them operating cash until they are compelled to issue a refund or send 'another' shipment.

Finally, I will do further research and update this complaint with links to similar complaints about this merchant!

PS Be sure to contact Amazon dot com when ordering through them. They resolve such issues in a timely fashion.
