Magnalogix Rip off, Violated contract, overcharged credit card

Bad News... These guys will tell you anything... After speaking with Donny the fast-talking sales rep, we opted to purchase their predictive dialer for one month and one month only for $350.
When they attempted to install it on our PC they could not get it to work. First they claimed it was the AVG security program we used, so we replaced it with another security firewall. When that didn't work they claimed it was because we were using a wireless system, and had us purchase a $30 dollar cable to hard wire the modem to the computer. When they still could not get it to work they claimed it was the modem and urged us to purchase a different brand - so we did. Still they could not get the dialer to function properly. This went on for 2 weeks. During this time they assured us that the 1 month we had purchased would not begin until we were actually using the system.
Lo and behold. One month after we sent them the contract they charge us another $350. When we contacted them about the charge we received the two-step shuffle, around and 'round, until we were finally told to go to a website and fill out a form and only then would we receive a refund for the $350.

It is companies like this that make it hard for the rest of us that do legitimate work over the phone.

Stay away from this company and save yourself a huge headache.By the way, we are still awaiting our refund...
