After my statement obtaining increasingly more costly with no support for 3 times, I changed to Fios in August. Subsequently Time-Warner attempted to provide me cheaper offers following the change. I declined plus they mentioned they'll deliver me my $50 stability reimbursement. First they mentioned it'll be born to my consideration since that is how I used-to spend my statement. Month after month they've changed from saying I'll obtain it within the email to wired into my bill. 16 months later they nevertheless can't-get an easy reimbursement checkout precisely.
