Unauthorized Charge

I received an email indicating auction that closed at huge discounts. I filled out the membership information which included credit card data. I quickly was charged $69 for the purchase of free bids which I did not authorized. I quickly contacted the live customer service rep but never received a response to my demand to cancel the charge.

I contacted my bank an issued a dispute since the charge was immediate to my account. The bank cancelled my card and issued a new one and gave me a phone number to call for Zbiddy: 877-403-6971. I called the number and was disconnected after a very long wait. I recalled the number and decided to use their leave a message option. I told them the charge is in dispute and advised them to reverse it themselves (vs me having to use the bank process) or I would be contacting the state attorney generals office.
