Ordered inks =>never received, tried to contact by email and phone=>nobody response= nice scam

We ordered bulk inks at the middle of October and it should be delivered within 4-10 business days. Never happened. We tried to contact via email or phone we found in internet, but there is no response. We asked to cancel the order and get money back, but nobody wants to hear that.

Recommendation: always read independant customer reviews before making any commitment. They web reviews are nice scam as total business they have.
