Name of Owner: Mike McPeak Seller refused to refund my money after waiting for about 8 months for inks he should have sent. United Kingdom

On November 24 i purchased a bulk ink system from Colour Mill Ltd for 650 GBP. Upon obtaining the product I was sent 12 liter of Dye Ink (12 bottles, 1 liter each bottle). I contact the seller via email to ask if it was possible to have the Dye Inks exchanged for the UV inks. The seller agreed to exchange the dye inks for the UV but i had to pay the difference of 20 per ink, since the UV are more expensive and i was required to pay the additional shipping of 65. The dye inks are sold for 49 per liter while the UV inks are sold for 69. So i went ahead and sent the payment via paypal for the amount of 305. I then went to the post office packed the dye inks placed the paypal receipt in the box and shipped it back to the seller on December 13 the tracking number is CP584041955US shipped USPS. The packaged arrived at the seller's business, but refused to accept the package because he later explain i had to list the package as no value.
