Scott mcquinn Scam, Free Trial With No Way to Cancel! Product Doesn't Work

I signed up to Serpbuddy to track my search engine rankings figuring, I would sign up for the free trial and cancel if it wasn't what I was looking for. Turns out, there is NO WAY TO CANCEL.

Reminds me of those acai berry scams, this company hooks you into a subscription, refuses to respond to communication, and refuses to refund the 15 bucks a month they are taking out of my account in paypal.

I disputed the first charge and asked how to cancel, and the owner (scott mcquinn according to whois record) refused to refund me. (This is outrageous from a customer service perspective... But completely illegal in the regardless.)

Serpbuddy claims to track your rankings, but it simply put doesnt work.

The owner refuses to cancel my account or refund me the money or respond to my communications other than within paypal dispute center, where he refuses to refund my money.

Bottom line, Serpbuddy is a complete scam and I hope this complaint shows up when people search for serpbuddy and serpbuddy reviews.

I am a very reasonable fellow, but no likes being a victim, and Scott Mcquinn and his broken software have taken advantage of me with false advertising and a fraudulent scam and if he was in the United States, I would inform the attorney general!

I am all open to resolve this issue, I just expect to be treated with respect and honesty!
